You are given full control of how much you want to list, when, and who to list for, all at your discretion. Edit your calendar settings to control when and for how long creators can book your space. You know your space and schedule best, so we let you decide the price, and we ask you to update your calendar to reflect when it’s available to rent. We also allow you to set custom prices for individual nights and weekends, special events, and monthly rates. We display your listing at the price you set, and when you indicate that your space is unavailable, we make sure not to show it in search results.

Our seamless payment system supports a wide range of currencies and several types of payment and payout methods. Picture this: when creators lock in a booking, payments start rolling in. For our awesome hosts, your payout is in the works just four days* after the filming date, guaranteeing a quick and confident transaction experience. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your bank to process the payment.

Our system will anonymise your address and contact details until the booking is confirmed to prevent spam or unsolicited calls.

Our messaging system ensures that communication between hosts and filmmakers, between cast/crew and production team stays on Filmplace, so your contact information remains private until you have a confirmed booking. For your peace of mind, we\'ve added reporting features so you can easily notify us if you ever feel uncomfortable.
