- Payout Protection: Your payment is guaranteed. We charge the creator upon booking confirmation and hold it until the shoot is completed.
- Assisted Communication: Our team manages inquiries and booking requests based on your house rules, presenting you only with serious requests.
- No Admin and Paperwork: Enjoy a fully automated process from invoicing to payment collection and payout.
- Legal Contract Protection: A legally binding contract is generated upon a confirmed booking, ensuring your protection.
- Set House Rules and FAQs: You control what happens at your location. Pre-set content types, room availability, times, and more.
- 25% Platform Fee: This fee helps us continuously improve our platform and provide top-notch services. We'll also assist in tax collection (if applicable).
How the Hands-off Host Plan Works
With the Hands-off Host plan, you will complete a detailed questionnaire about your location. Once completed, your listing goes live, and Filmplace’s Professional Team will manage all requests and inquiries. If we encounter any questions we can't answer, our team will contact you directly for clarification and respond to the creator on your behalf. You'll still have access to all booking requests and can accept or reject any request. This truly gives you the passive income experience where we do the groundwork for you.
Introducing: Verified Host
The Verified Host plan is ideal for hosts who want to maintain complete control over their bookings while ensuring maximum protection with our $2m public liability insurance for their property.

- 10% Platform Fee: 12% has been lowered to 10% to continue supporting hosts like yourself.
- Access to Booking Enquiries: Easily track, schedule, change, or update your bookings with our user-friendly system.
- 100% Control in Booking Enquiries: Respond to requests and messages directly from our platform, keeping you organised and in touch with creators.
- Access to Quick Reply Feature: Save time with pre-written responses, allowing you to reply instantly and keep conversations flowing smoothly.

PRO Host: For Our Most Dedicated Hosts
We offer the PRO Host plan for our exclusive Filmplace hosts. Enjoy reduced fees from 9% to 3%, with no additional charges, as long as your listings remain exclusive to Filmplace. This means all your bookings should be booked through Filmplace only, including contacts from outside of Filmplace.
