House Rules

• The Filmmakers shall ensure that care is exercised when using all of the facilities and/or equipment provided at any part of the Venue and/ TREC, in particular but not limited to those provided under the package and shall keep such facilities and/or equipment in the same order and condition in all respects as the order and condition as when the same was handed over to the Filmmakers and/or their Contractor for Set-up. • No removing of facilities, furniture, fixtures and drilling, sawing or any construction that may cause permanent/non-permanent damage to interior or exterior of the Venue and/or TREC shall be allowed. The Filmmakers shall be responsible for any damages caused by the Filmmakers or the Contractor to the Company’s property within the duration of Set-up to the completion of the filming. • The Filmmakers shall, make good any breakage defect and/or damage to the Venue and/or TREC or to any adjoining premises or any facility or appurtenances thereof occasioned by want of care, misuse or abuse on the part of the Filmmakers or its invitees. The Filmmakers shall also immediately repair and replace all broken glass including the doors and windows with glass of the same or similar quality and in accordance to the Company’s specification and all other damaged or broken fittings, fixtures and chattels including but not limited to lighting, sound, video and electrical equipment and plumbing installed at the Venue. In the event the Filmmakers shall fail to do so, the Company shall carry out the necessary replacement and the Filmmakers shall reimburse the Company the cost of doing so within seven (7) days from the date of the Company’s demand.
