Location Rule -Please park at VISITOR located areas by the security shed. -No Loud noises -No loitering outside of apartment at all times -No wires, props allowed outside of apartment -No loud noises -Main door is to be closed at all times -Space will be made if fridge is a need (no durians, jackfruits and other strong smelling foods allowed) -No strong production light allowed shining next to the carpark -Smoking allowed at the balcony only and ensure balcony doors closed at all times -Rearrangement of location is allowed but please place them back at the original space when you are done. -Rooms in apartment are out of bound. -Location scouting fee will be considered payment of 1st hour of confirmed booking.
