I was really glad we managed to shoot at Kenn's place in the end! Kenn was really friendly and accomodating and allowed us to use the whole home for our shoot. He was very responsive and flexible as well! The home looks beautiful on its own and barely requires any set dressing. There is an unsheltered car park just below the building, so it makes it super easy to unload equipment.
