The location is convenient with loading/unloading and direct access to lifts and unit. The place is well designed and cosy, with ample power outlets. During our shoot, Meryl was great and accommodating. She made sure we were undisturbed and attended to all our needs, and even offered us some beautiful props to shoot with. Meryl & Brandon's home is well designed with plenty of natural light! Not to mention the abundance of decorative props available too! The host are also accommodating and helpful with our request. They allowed us to use their Christmas tree and also helped in reconfiguring the decorative ornaments on it! Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for a shooting location!

Brandon was very accommodating as one of our actors was down with fever 2 days before the shoot, we postpone the filming date and he accommodated to our request without any additional charges.
